Preventive Maintenance (PM)
Preventive Maintenance service contains a safety check of the system, cleaning, a visual inspection, and the testing of the functional parts. Performance parameters of the instrument are verified to meet manufacturer's specifications. Adjustments are made to the instrument when essential to meet manufacturer?s specifications.

Certification
A Certification will provide the required documentation to meet the regulated laboratory needs for annual compliance requirements. A Certification performs all the elements of our Preventive Maintenance. The Certification documents the specific performance results according to manufacturer's specifications. An exclusive numbered certificate with the specific performance results is provided.

Installation Qualification and Operational Qualification (IQ/OQ)
IQ/OQ is designed to meet regulatory requirements of GLP/GMP protocols. A qualified Field Service Engineer will install the instrument and assure operation according to manufacturer's specifications.

On-demand Repair Service
Service is available on demand when a repair is needed to restore a system's performance. Parts and labor are charged at prevailing rates. Shipping to and from the Service Repair Center is not included and Field Service is available upon request for an additional zone travel charge. A 90-day warranty is provided on the repair.
