Value of Preventive Maintenance
Periodically inspection and preventive maintenance of your instruments ensure that the cell manipulation instruments are consistently operating at peak performance and are ready for use. This is extremely important for In Vitro Fertilization (IVF) techniques like: Intracytoplasmic Sperm Injection (ICSI) and Pre-Implantation Genetic Diagnosis (PGD). This includes cleaning of all external parts, visual checking of all sensitive parts and stability testing. Where applicable the following services are also included: checking leak tightness, analyzing device data, and exchange of oil and wear and tear of parts. A complete and final system test will be performed.

Certification Service
Installation and Operational Qualification (IQ/OQ) services are available for all instruments. IQ/OQ assures that your Eppendorf® instrumentation is delivered, installed and operating according to manufacturer specifications. This service also includes cleaning of internal assemblies and electrical testing where applicable. We support you with establishing your documentation in regulated working areas issuing an OQ certificate.
